Our principal member, Renee Miranda, has been practicing real estate law in western New York for over 20 years. She has been involved in several hundred real estate closings and has extensive knowledge of real estate contracts, title procedures, and real estate financing.
During that time, she has also been an active real estate investor. She understands the challenges investors with limited resources face. She has fix and flipped over a dozen homes. Her first two fix and flips were entirely purchased and funded with credit cards. She also owned and managed a small apartment building, purchased with seller financing. Her current portfolio is a mixture of long-term and mid-term rentals.
